Anthony Reich

Director of Global Citizenship

Qualifications:

  • Master of Education at the University of Alabama in the USA. 
  • Bachelor of Arts (Combined Studies in Arts) at the Durham University in the UK. 

Relevant Experience:

Anthony joined Dulwich College Shanghai in 2008 having taught at the Colegio Anglo Colombiano in Bogota for five years before that. He has taught English to students of all ages, and has been Head of Film at Dulwich since 2009 where he delivers the IB Film course. He was a Head of Year at Dulwich for 6 years, and being part of the first ever Head of Year team, helped to build and develop the pastoral system in the Senior School. The majority of his time now focuses on leading the service, sustainability and intercultural understanding programmes across the whole College in his position as Director of Global Citizenship. He is passionate about embedding service in action opportunities into our community, helping learners find purpose with impact beyond the academics, and in doing what he can to develop our students as global citizens. Anthony loves to read, watch films, write, travel, give back, hang out with his kids and take them on adventures. He is the Co-Founder and Chair of the Trustees for The Peace Centre, a registered charity in Uganda, with the whom the College have a fantastic ongoing relationship.
