- The Dulwich Shakespeare Festival 2017
Last week Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong hosted the Dulwich Shakespeare Festival. We were joined by teachers and students from six other schools from across the Dulwich network, as well as four theatre practitioners from the Royal Shakespeare Company, based in Stratford Upon Avon in the UK. The festival was a massive success, with over 130 students participating in challenging and dynamic workshops, developing their understanding and skills in delivering Shakespeare on the stage. Each school performed a fantastic interpretation of a Shakespeare Play at the festival to large and supportive audiences, who thoroughly enjoyed every show. I would like to thank all the staff and students involved in this event, who made it memorable and rewarding for all involved.
