Director of Careers and University Guidance Counselling
Kathleen has worked as a school and university counselor at the secondary level for over 20 years. She began her international career in Hamburg, Germany and then worked the next 11 years at the International School of Prague. After 13 years in Europe, Kathleen decided to take on a new challenge and move to SE Asia, landing at NIST International School in Bangkok. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has been actively involved in professional organizations ranging from the Council of International Schools (CIS) Counselor Committee the European Council of International Schools (ECIS), Counselor and Guidance Committee Chair. Currently, Kathleen sits on the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) Communications Committee and the Executive Board of the International Association of College Admissions Counselors (IACAC). Kathleen comes to Dulwich College Shanghai with her family and will have two children joining the College in Year 7 and Year 5. Dulwich College Shanghai’s international reputation of excellence is what drew her to the school and she looks forward to joining the vibrant community and help students find a great university match.
