100 percent of our graduates have been accepted for university matriculation.

Our College traditionally has one of the largest IB cohorts among international schools in Shanghai and this year was no exception. We celebrate the results of each and every individual in the Class of 2021 and we take great pride in ensuring that each student is fully supported to achieve their very best results.

The global average score this year was 33, somewhat higher than in recent years. It should be pointed out that this year was heavily impacted by COVID with many students across the globe unable to sit the examinations and instead being assessed by the non-examination route. Our students were all able to sit the examinations, so it is fair to say this is a truly remarkable result.

These results are a testament to our students' incredible dedication and hard work.
- Ms Alison Derbyshire, Head of Senior School

Head of Senior School Alison Derbyshire says, "We are very proud of these results. They are a testament to our students' incredible dedication and hard work as well, the strong relationships our teachers have built with the students throughout the course of the IGCSE and IB programmes."

For us the hard work does not stop with announcing of the examination results, in fact it is just the beginning. Each year we conduct a deep and detailed analysis of the results which help us to improve how we support our students across the board. That is the process we have used since we graduated our first IB class in 2009 and is what drives our success still today.

- Ms Caroline Taylor, Head of College

Head of College Caroline Taylor says, "COVID presented unprecedented challenges, but our community responded with great positivity and resilience, pulling together when it mattered the most. We are very grateful for the trust our parents continue to put in us to support the students to achieve their very best."
