A Day in the Life of MIT and Harvard Alumni at Dulwich Pudong

1

As a part of Future of Education Conference, 12th and 15th April were marked by the alumni from two of the world's leading universities —Harvard and MIT.

Jason Shi, a distinguished alumnus from Harvard University, and Fredric Kong, a current Ph.D. candidate at MIT and a proud alumnus of Dulwich Pudong, engaged with the school community in a series of enlightening events.

The pair delivered captivating talks at the Parent Academy, sparking lively discussions and frequent applause from an engaged audience of parents. Their presentations, rich in insightful content about their respective fields and experiences, were met with enthusiastic responses, prompting extended discussions well after the scheduled events.

In a delightful twist, the younger minds of Dulwich Pudong also had their chance to interact with the visitors. In the kindergarten, Year 1 students posed "soul-searching" questions, their innocence and curiosity leading to amusing and insightful exchanges, highlighting the unique perspectives children offer.

Beyond the talks, Mr. Shi took a tour of the Dulwich Pudong campus, guided by a UCC ambassador. He explored the school’s holistic education approach and admired the beautifully maintained campus environment, which Dulwich takes great pride in.
