Dulwich Voice: A Week in Review

As the new academic year gets into full swing, our campus has been buzzing with a fantastic array of activities designed to enrich and inspire our entire community.
From drama workshops and professional development at the FOBISIA Drama Conference, to a special pin ceremony honouring our long-serving staff members, there has been plenty going on.
A major highlight was our College-wide Intercultural and Diversity Week, a series of activities dedicated to raising awareness, building empathy, and amplifying student voices.
The week featured:

• Staff Pin Ceremony: We gathered with senior leaders from our parent group, Education in Motion, to celebrate long service among our staff, with special pins presented to those who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. These amazing staff have an incredible 485 years of service between them!
• Year 8 Impact Day, where pupils used creative projects and simulations to explore diverse perspectives.
• Student-led assemblies that fostered discussion through interactive word clouds and celebrated a pupil-initiated infrastructure project.
• An Interactive ‘Provocations Board’ that sparked thoughtful reflection and dialogue throughout the week.
• We were proud to host the FOBISIA Drama Conference 2025. Over 50 drama educators from across the region came together for two days of professional development, dynamic workshops, and sharing ideas, led by the inspiring team at Splendid Productions.
The celebrations culminated in Me Day, a vibrant festival honouring the unique diversity that strengthens our community.
It was a fitting end to a week that reminded us all about the importance of inclusion, respect, and our shared commitment to one another.
