Communication with the College
There are numerous ways in which parents will communicate with the College and the College will communicate with parents. Below is an overview which we hope will get you started.
Parent Communication "Cheat Sheet"
Below you will find the Parent Communication "Cheat Sheet" in English and in Chinese. This is a handy reference guide which brings together all of the communication channels into a single overview, both how you can contact the College and how the College will contact you. Many parents find it helpful to download this document and save it to their phone and on their computer for easy reference.
Class/Year Wechat Groups
The College maintains Wechat groups for parents. In DUCKS and Junior School, there is a Class Wechat group. In Senior School each Year Group has a Wechat group. These Wechat groups are moderated by Parent Representatives in accordance with our published guidelines which you will receive upon joining your respective Wechat group.
We strongly suggest that at least one parent join the Wechat group, though of course both parents are welcome.
The WeChat groups represent a private online space provided by the College exclusively for parents of students in the class, nest, year, or tutor group and duly appointed school representatives. They are in important way for the College to share information with parents, as well as way for parents to get help with any questions that may have.
Parent Liaison
In DUCKS and Junior School and Year 7, the College employs Parent Liaisons to facilitate communications between parents and the College. In Year 8 and up, the expectation is that students will take more responsibility for managing their own day to day affairs and informing their parents of information they need to know.
Please meet your Parent Liaisons below:

Parent Portal - Dulwich Central
At the College, we have recently introduced a new 'Parent Portal' called Dulwich Central.
Parents can easily access information about school life, curriculum, routines and CCAs, as well as practical tips on topics such as uniform, school lunch, or buses. It is also a launchpad for essential learning platforms. You should have been provided with details on how to register as a user on enrollment.
If you have any questions, please contact your school.
Update Your Contact Details
