Co-Curricular Activities
CCAs are the co-curricular activities at Dulwich Pudong. They play a big part of our holistic education, complementing our curriculum to offer students the opportunities to expand their learning beyond the classroom. They range from sports and fitness, to get students active, to music, drama, art and dance to spark student creativity, as well as sustainability and service to build global citizenship. CCAs are run by our teachers as well as professional specialists and allow students to try a range as activities or even go deeper into something they are passionate about. Many are free of charge, but some offered by external providers, may have a fee paid directly to the provider.
CCAs start Term 1 in Years 1 to 13, and in Term 2 for Reception.
CCA Sign ups
Each term, the CCAs on offer will be shared by your school CCA coordinator by email informing you of that term’s daily offerings and timings. Sign-ups are done on a first come, first served basis through our CCA system, called SOCS. In Term 1 AY23/24 the CCA information will be shared on Tuesday 12 September, and sign-up links will open in the afternoon on Thursday 14 September.
Music Auditions and Sports Tryouts
Music auditions to place students in the right musical choirs and ensembles, as well as Senior School sports tryouts to place students in the right teams, start earlier than CCA sign up, in order to allow students to prepare for upcoming concert performances or sports matches. The Dulwich Football Academy and Dulwich Swim Academy also run team placement sessions. These all take place w/c 4 September. Information about auditions and tryouts will be sent by email by Thursday 31 August. Please look out for this communication to ensure your child is signed up and prepared to attend.
