From our Head of College
We are an academically selective school and our aim is to educate our students to become well-rounded, engaging individuals who possess the intellectual and personal skills required to make their mark in the modern world.
Parents have told us that they chose the College not just because of our excellent academic record, but also because they want their child to be educated at a school where the philosophy is that school life should be enjoyed for itself, and not just as a preparation for adulthood.
Our academic curriculum runs alongside an enviable co-curricular programme. This provides a wealth of sporting, cultural and adventurous opportunities and as a result, the students are cheerful, balanced, and at ease with themselves. They welcome challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.
The College is an inclusive international community in which each student is valued in their own right. Students are encouraged to develop their talents, to realise their potential and to strive to achieve their personal best in all they set out to do. The well-being of every student is at the heart of all we do. While we want the students to develop a genuine love of learning, we also want them to be resilient, optimistic and confident. We want to develop young people who know how to form and sustain good relationships, take personal responsibility and make a positive contribution to society by living lives that are genuinely fulfilling.
The College enjoys excellent facilities and is in a prime location in one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world, but it is our community - students, parents and staff– who make this an extraordinarily special place to be.
I invite you to visit us and experience for yourself the atmosphere that makes our College a unique place to grow and learn.
I look forward to meeting you,
Mr. Damien Charnock
